REQUIREMENTS
Do I need insurance to get a rental car?
Yes, insurance is required by state law. If you have none, we can take that worry off by simply purchasing CDW, Collision Damage Waiver & SLI for third party coverage.

I would like to decline your coverage and use mine. What should I do?
Please bring your proof of insurance (insurance card under the driver's name). Remember that in order to decline our coverage, your insurance must be a full coverage transferable to car rentals. Always remember to contact your insurance carrier to check what kind of coverage you have.

I am a local customer and do not have a major credit card. Can I rent with cash or debit?
Yes, you can! We require to see your driver's license and a current utility bill under your name. The address on the bill must match the address on the driver's license. In addition, a deposit of $500.00 to $1,000.00 plus the car rental is required depending on the vehicle renting.

What are your age requirements for car rental?
You have to be at least 21 years of age to both drive and rent a car.

SERVICE
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, the Car Rental Center offers a free train ride to and from the Miami International Airport. Please visit the link to find out more information.

Do you deliver at the hotels?
Unfortunetly no. Customers have to make their own arrangements to get to the Car Rental Center to pick up their rental car.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay cash, check-card, credit card, or debit card for our cheap car rentals.

Can I use another persons credit card for a cheap car rental?
Yes, but the card holder must be present themselves with proper identification to sign the rental contract at the time of rental.

DEPOSIT
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. Please do not worry as the amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you after the rental vehicle has been returned to us.

How much is the deposit?
The deposits is based on the type of rental vehicle. This can average between usually from $300.00 to $1,000.00 for deposits. If you have any further questions about the deposit, please contact us at (305) 638-9400.

TYPES OF VEHICLES
What type of cars do you have?
We have a wide variety of cheap auto rentals for your visit to Florida. We have Convertibles & Coupes, Vans & Minivans, midsize Sedans, full size Sedans, SUVs and economy compact vehicles as rentals. Click the links to find the right rental car for you.

Do you have automatic or stick shift rental cars?
All of our offered renral cars are automatic. We do not currently offer any stick shift cars to rent during your stay in Florida.

Do your rental vehicles have air conditioning?

Do you rent cars by the hour?
No, cars can be rented for a minimum of 1 day only. You may return the same day without additional charges. Discounts may be available for 1/2 day rental however you must speak with management before renting the vehicle to see if any discount on a particular day is available for you. ACCESSORIES
Do you have baby seats for your rental cars?
If you are coming to Florida with your family that includes a young child you have nothing to worry about. We can rent you a baby seat or child booster depending on your need. We understand it can be difficult traveling with younger children and their car seating, so we will try and make this as easy as possible for you.

Can I tow a trailer?
AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR VEHICLES TO TOW ANY BOATS OR TRAILERS.

Do you offer accessories with your car rentals?
Other than our baby seats, booster seats, and phones, we do have other accessories that can be rented with the vehicles such as a Sunpass (Prepaid FL Tolls) and GPS Systems depending on your need. These will help you get around Miami quicker and easier. If you have any questions about the area, please don't hesitate to ask us.

ADITTIONAL CHARGES
Can other people drive the rental car?
Yes, you can have other people than the main renter drive the rental, however there are additional charges that will apply. Please let us know before renting the vehicle if you are in need of multiple drivers of the rental car. For more information on this additional fee, please give us a call at (305) 638-9400.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
We would appreciate it if you returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel the rental had when you first left with it. If the rental is not returned with the same fuel level there will be charges ranging from $7.00 to $10.00 per gallon missing when returing the rental. Is there an additional charge for younger drivers?
Yes there is a small fee for drivers between 21-24 years old. We do respect young drivers and will rent vehicles out to this age group, however with less experience in driving compared to our older customers there is a higher risk and liability. We hope you understand.

OUT-OF-STATE
Can I drive out-of-state?
We're sorry, but our car rentals are to stay within the state of Florida. If your needs extend past the state of Florida, please give us a call at (305) 638-9400 to work out a plan for you to take your rental out-of-state.

MONTHLY SPECIAL
If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes. We do have options for renting a vehicle for a month or longer depending on your situation. Because of the long duration of renting the vehicle, we will be sure to give you a special offer on the pricing. Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to members of any one of these associations. Please contact us in advance for special rates. You can give us a call at (305) 638-9400 to talk with us about discount opportunities.

NO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY COUPONS AT THIS TIME.

RETURNING VEHICLES
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave the rental vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle and the keys for the rental vehicle.

CANCELLATION
What is the penalty for cancellation?
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your car rental with us, give us a call at (305) 638-9400 to do so. There is a $29.99 fee for canceling before 48 hours of your car rental reservation and a $69.99 fee for cancelling withing the 48 horus before your reservation.
